A skilled public speaker and career panelist, Neal combines academic rigor with real-world expertise.
He has consulted across diverse industries—including fintech, edtech, petrochemicals, and real estate—developing innovative, data-driven solutions. His projects include using natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer sentiment, creating a revenue-optimizing real estate reservation platform, and building predictive analytics systems to support strategic decision-making.

Tess Fadri
Dr. Fadri is a data-driven scientist with a PhD in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics, a BS in Chemistry from Rice University, and a graduate certificate in Biomanufacturing from North Carolina State University. With over a decade of interdisciplinary experience spanning academia and regulated industry environments, she brings a strong foundation in biochemistry, genomics, and advanced analytics to solving complex healthcare challenges.
Her career includes 8 years as a faculty member in biochemistry and environmental genomics, 11 peer-reviewed publications, and 2+ years of hands-on experience in GxP-compliant biotech settings. She has led the analysis of confidential healthcare and manufacturing datasets to identify at-risk patient populations, predict therapeutic outcomes of novel cell and gene therapies, and optimize critical process parameters for the cGMP production of engineered tissue therapies. With a proven ability to extract actionable insights from complex data, Dr. Fadri bridges scientific rigor with real-world application, delivering analytical solutions that improve patient outcomes and accelerate therapeutic development.
